Striving for excellence without relent: While doing you utmost to get the job done, always believe you can and will achieve whatever you put your mind to. At no point while striving for excellence you should let negativity enter into your mind.

Forget about the critics and their criticism. Ignore the cynic and their cynicism. Don't be deterred by cynicism or criticism.  Isms and schisms shouldn't be a negative factor in whatever you're trying to do. Be relentless in your pursuit of happiness.

Life is far from easy, but so easy from a far. It won't be easy getting to that place you're trying to reach. But at no point you should be thinking of turning back. You can change direction, but don't give up. The hotter the battle the sweeter the victory. When you finally reach the place that you've been trying to get to. You might be exhausted, but you also will be overwhelmed with satisfaction, joy and happiness. And memories that will last you a lifetime!

The Consequences of Lies and Alibis..

A lie is a intentional deliberate false statement, meant only to deceive. An alibi is an excuse used mainly to avoid blame. An alibi is normally used by someone as a part of their defense against something they were accused of, or alleged to have done.

I am not going to say that I've never told a lie. But after seeing the negative impact that lies had on so many people's life, as got older in life I made a pledge to myself, to practice telling the truth.We know that the truth can hurt, and it does. But when you tell the truth you shouldn't give a damn who it hurts. As far as I'm concern, there's no good lie!

Ninety nine percent of the time, before you tell a lie you know that it's a lie. The person you're telling that lie to, you can't look them in the eye, so you turn your head and say it anyway. Don't giving a damn who you hurt. Lies that has an alibi to back it up. Is a lethal combination that could make someone cry, or even worse, getting someone killed or send them to jail.

If you've to cry to convince someone with a lie, that your reason not to lie. Before you tell a lie. Ask yourself, why? Why do I need to tell a lie? What will be the consequences of my lie? Am I going to hurt someone with this lie that I'm about to tell? We should never put ourself in a position where we have to tell a lie!

A True Nightmare of a Story..

I was tossing and turning all night long.

I didn't get enough sleep.

I woke up late in the morning, it is a Friday morning.

I realized I was running late for work.

I got myself ready and rushed off to work.

I rushed off to work driving on the highway, going down the wrong way.

Mental lapse, guilty feelings and embarrassment abound.

It didn't take long for me to realized, that I was having a bad day.

Mental lapse, chaos and confusion causing a lot of frustration.

Everyone on the highway, is thinking that I am crazy.

At this point, I'm feeling like I'm going to cry.

I feel like I need somewhere to hide, now that I know today wont be Good Friday.

I now realized, that I was having a nightmare.

I said, thank God! For letting it be a dream.

I wouldn't want something that bad to be real.

It took me a few minutes, before I realized, that I was running late for work.

I got myself ready and gathered my composure.

There will be no driving on the highway, going down the wrong way.

There will be no mental lapse, chaos or confusion, causing frustration.

There won't be any guilty feelings, or embarrassing moments. I am not going to have one!

No one will be thinking that I am crazy. I won't need a place to hide, and there will be no reason for me to cry! I'm going to do my damn best, to make today a Good Friday.

I hit the highway driving the right way.

Carelessness, we become reckless.

We have to slow down and take it easy!

Doing Good For Others..

One of the best thing we can do with our lives is to show others how much we care about them. By showing other how much we care for them, we inturn reward ourselves, by seeing the joy and happiness that we give to someone else. Loving, caring, sharing and giving is not easy for a lot of us to do. But loving, caring, sharing and giving are some of the best mind nurturing things we can do for ourselves, while doing our best to help someone else.

As difficult as it may be for some of us to help others. If you feel like it's in you to help others, but there is something stopping you from doing so. Don't let the difficulties that come with helping others change your perspective. Dig deep down inside of you and do what you've to, in order to overcome it. After you start doing good for others you will see the joy and happiness you bring to yourself while making others feel good about themselves.

I firmly believed that doing our best to help others when we can enhances our lives mentally and spiritually. The appreciation you get from the person or people you help, greatly out weighs any negative you might incur while doing your best to help someone. If you're someone like me who believes in helping others, but haven't started doing so. My suggestion to you is, go for it, give it a shot! Start doing it as soon as possible. In no time you will see the positive changes it brings into your life.

There is Nothing Like a Mother's Love!

Each and everyone of us has or had a MOTHER in our life at one point and time. It doesn't matter if you were given up for adoption by you maternal MOTHER at the time of your birth. At the time of our birth there was a MOTHER who nourished us, nurtured us, and give us unconditional love from the first moment we entered the World.

Some of us, who is without a doubt in the minority, takes their MOTHER'S love for granted. That is a big mistake! There is no love in the World like a MOTHER'S love. Always try your best to show your MOTHER how much you appreciates and cares for her, and for the love that she has shown you throughout your life-time.

Although sometimes our MOTHERS tends to overwhelm us with the out-flowing  love and affection that they have to give us. We who are adults should never reject their love or make them feel like their love is being rejected. MOTHERS get joy and happiness from giving their children unconditional love. There is nothing more precious to a MOTHER, than to watch their kids grow up and become responsible adults. But it's also not easy for some of them to give up parenting us. I know we would like to show our MOTHERS, that we're responsible, and we know how to make good decisions, and we know how to take care of ourselves. But we should do it in the most loving and respectful manner that we can.We should always make our MOTHERS feel loved and wanted. Don't forget that you're never too old to learn. Your MOTHER has been there, and done it before you. Who else is it better to learn from, more than your MOTHER?

No matter where you end up in life, or how successful you've become. You probably wouldn't have gotten there without your MOTHER nourishing you, nurturing you, and giving you unconditional love. MOTHERS should be held in high esteem until the day they dies and beyond! There is no love in the World like a MOTHER'S Love!

The Battle is on for Florida..

Mr. Romney better quickly realized that he has a Republican Presidential Primary fight on his hands, in the name of Mr. Newt Gingrich. It's time for him to start focusing on Mr. Gingrich and forget about President Obama, before he has the biggest Political disappointment of his Political career.

After winning in New Hampshire, Mr.Romney must have thought it wasn't going to be too difficult for him to win the Republican Presidential Primary. He quickly turned his focus on President Obama, as if to say he knew something we don't know. Hold it Mr. Romney! Not so fast. About a week ago I said the result from the South Carolina Republican Primary  was going to tell us how difficult it would be for Mr. Romney to win his party's nomination.

Judging from the result in South Carolina. I think Mr. Romney will be in a protracted battle against Mr. Gingrich for their party's nomination. Mr. Gingrich is indefectibly not dead. Mr.Gingrich seems to have more lives than a cat. If Mr. Romney things that Mr. Gingrich is going away anytime soon, he is making a huge mistake. A mistake that could eventually cause him to lose to Mr. Gingrich.

With all the Political baggage that Mr. Gingrich has. It seems as if he is going to give Mr. Romney the Political fight of his life, that in it-self tells us a whole lot about Mr. Romney. What is it about Mr. Romney, why his Political base don't like him? This is why I love Politics so much. For the life of me! I can't figure it out. But this is why we have an election, so everyone can choose the candidate who they think best represents their Political views and ideology. I never thought Mr. Gingrich had a shot at beating out Mr. Romney for their party's nomination. But what do I know. It's going to be a long Republican Presidential Primary race, at least it seems that way. This is not good for Mr. Romney.
